    Jollo Nachricht: Updte phrase tags, target languages failed.

    Received this message after finishing my translation. I think it might happen if there is no target language specified in the translation request.

    I did some research and you shouldn't be allowed to specify a translation request without a target language.

    Can you let me know the exact steps to create this problem please?

    i did 2 translations after which i got the following error message "Failed to update user point balance"

    i hope this can be rectified

    If possible please send the URL with the specific phrase that was affected so we can try and research this problem.

    Here is another one:

    Jollo Nachricht: Übersetzungsanfrage 519 existiert nicht oder wurde ins Phrasenbuch übernommen


    This happens when you have finished your translation, and then use the return button of your browser instead of the provided return link.

    Clicked on the "submit translation" button, got "failed to update user point balance", clicked on the "return" link, got "translation request doesn't exist or has been sent to the phrase book".

    What happens is that once a Translation Request is translated, it becomes a phrase. Therefore when you try to go back it no longer exists since it is now in the phrase book. My suggestion is please use the normal link for the time being.

    Where do you actually get this link from? It is not in the TR list (and probably should not exist anymore either) Interesting. Again what happened here is that a translation request became a phrase, and so from hereon you need to translate the phrase.
    The one to translate is now here:- http://www.jollo.com/viewphrase.php?id=444 . Let me know if you do _not_ earn points on this phrase

    That issue is also related to 1 and 2. I suspect you click "back" in the browser again. For now please follow the link.
    In future the link will direct you to the phrase you just translated.

    The site doesn't work at all in my browser, SeaMonkey 1.1.17. I enter text in the translation field, select the source and target languages, and nothing happens. Here's my browser's user agent string:
